Yep, the world needs morons and idiots. Although if they sold the common to buy the preferred then they may be an idiot savant. Cost per share of common (buying Preferred that converts Sept/Oct 1998): $15.50 / 35 = $0.443 Current bid/ask .5625 by .6562 1000 shares sold, money used to buy prefered, wait till conversion own 1193 shares of common.
