Don't be fooled by the lack of volume and down price today!! Just spoke to jay Goldberg, here is what he said: 1)He is preparing another news release for today. Did not say what it was but from the tone of his voice it sounded very POSITIVE!!! 2)Genesis, has NASDAQ papers ready for NASDAQ "small cap" listing. As soon as stock's BID is 4 or higher for 30 consecutive trading days, they will be officially a Nasdaq company. 3)They will officially be a "full reporting" company by mid-May after its auditors audit their FY 1997 numbers. 4) First quarter EPS will be out next week----he sounded very excited so I take it they will be SUPERB numbers!!! 5)NO reverse split contemplated, given the contracts and business deals, they will not need this artificial method to get stock up. He mentioned to me that this is the most exciting company he has ever been associated with and the GROWTH they have already announced in the previous announcement will pale in comparison to the deals they will announce in the next 6 weeks. I will be in the LA area sometime during the first 2 weeks in May so I will pay them a visit and report back. GOOD LUCK to all. This will be a HUGE winner beyond anybody's imagination, just don't get fooled by the volatility. Buy on the dips. Regards TOM
