JDN, I listened to the conference call and I got a completely different impression than the "analysts". Though they did say that infrastructure investments will possibly affect bottom line and are needed for new projects down the road (thus the revenue impact), I can't believe they did not include in their blurb present business prospects which are excellent!! They just opened a new office in Syracuse NY to serve increasing demand for their services in that area, they enjoy a tax holiday at their India facility where margins are 55% and expect to be at capacity soon, they enjoy significant repeat business (as demonstrated by AIG renewal ahead of time), starting bids for projects in the meshing of systems in the consolidating financial area and expect significant y2k growth. In short, the mgmt has stated that they have never been so busy and are actively recruiting. Expect profit margins in US to be in low to mid 20's by year end (presently around 19%).

Maybe Cowen sent a Junior analyst!!

Best Wishes,
Patricia
