You're stating MY point. They ARE putting a hold because of the obvious share bloating at these prices. So, again, why are people upset with his comments? I took them as reassurance that BANY doesn't want to print more shares to make the deal work. Before the letter, why weren't people worrying that Patriot would go off for more shares? Isn't the letter sort of saying that it won't go until value is restored? Now, after the REASSURANCE, people are worried? I'm really confused now. TG
