I sure hope Nokia enters Nextel's space. Motorola has encouraged more players to enter their iDEN space by giving away the standards, specs, etc. free 2-3 years ago.

My guess is Nokia WILL move in and do something. Nextel's US growth rate is #1 and there is a huge international market to go after. Nextel International should be a huge success.

I know you are long Nextel as am I, but I am also very long Nokia and have been for some time. Let's both hope Nokia moves on in.

Terro, you comment about Nextel having problems with MOT's phones was news 3 years ago. They've worked out of that phase. Nextel phones are working just fine. Nextel needs another manufacturing company to compete against MOT.
