EPS for the Q was .08 primary, .07 diluted. They made estimates without exceeding, expectation was .17 for the year. That plus the secondary probably has some people exiting at this price. I might too had I bought it at $5 a share some time back, which I didn't (in at about $14).

Yes good ole price per share dilution undoubltly due to the new offering. Although they did net $2 million for the first time ever. So we'll probably have some backing and filling here until the next leg up. Did have a low of 14 1/2 today. Hope that is it for awhile.
