I am glad to hear that I am not the only one with these type of problems. You can't even easily set up NT to reboot itself gracefully.

Recently I have been trying to get PPTP to work on it. It is poorly documented, unsupported, and only half works for me. Why they want to tease me with things like PPTP that would be cool if they worked, is beyond me.

anyway,

James

Qiang,

Could you define "memory leak" for me. I am always trying to learn.

Phil

Give it a year or two and they'll replace them with UNIX. I'm starting a new job next week. They're replacing their entire environment of NTs, IIS servers. and MS SQL servers with Solaris and Oracle. I asked the CTO why? the usual.. NT's too flaky, needs rebooting too often, performance is unacceptable. They're planning to rewrite all of their web applications using non-MS technology.
