The following may be harsh. Don't take it personally, cuz it's directed at those running the show.

To me the ad is crap.
Anyone who pays attention to it is a coupla fries short of a happy meal. It's a direct decrease in shareholder value. They should attend trade shows, lobby the environmental political circuit, augment the technical staff, support environmental groups. I've seen Schwartz, Jessup & Lamont, Dewey, Screwem & Howe, et al. come & go. You don't try to sell the future to potential stockholders (especially w/such devout majority holders on board). You sell to your potential customers. I don't want to see the stock pushed to 2 bit web surfers by Wall Street spam pirates. I want endorsements from Boiremediation Magazine, the Environmental Defense Fund, and Scudder.

As far as financing w/shares @ a higher value, they shouldn't entertain it. 3 flops is more than enough. Financing is not their strong suit. Besides, they constantly tout the low financial exposure they face due to debt & JV financing, royalties, etc. And what happened to financing w/revenues?

This is hype, It addresses a symptom, not the illness. It's really too bad it cost so much. lb
