Good point. That being the case, Mark M's posting of Zulu reserving a domain for laptops (only ESVS, of course, is doing laptops, i.e., Laptop Solutions--an entity we haven't spoken much about), together with the ESVS SEC filing, all seem to indicate the merger is in the bag once the Zulu audit has happened. The question then will be: When will it happen?

It further leads me to my hypothesis of a couple months ago, on this thread: That Zulu will merge into ESVS, and subsequently ESVS might change its name to Zulu. Unless, of course, ESVS maintains the parent name with multiple Zulu-named childlike subsidiaries.

But as I understand it, most of the people who would vote against a merger, don't own any Zulu or ESVS. So what's the difference? We all want to be perched comfy in a Nasdaq/AMEX position, don't we?

"the rich conversion rights of the 1mm
preferred shares of NetVest, into 50mm common"

Doesn't this bother anybody? This dilutes the current shares by 50%, and puts controlling interest into the hands of NetVest. Isn't NetVest Hayton? Doesn't this make Hayton's "non-control" a mere technicality?
