Benny, Yes, you are right. Additionally, Pete acknowledged that the billers are taking more time scrutinizing the contract phase . This is extending the biller sign up lead time. I don't view this to be problem. Also Pete said that one reason the billers are sloe playing CF is because today the biller does not have the endpoints in place to deliver E-BILL. Therefore, why would,nt they take a little more time. This will certainly speed up this Q and next Q because the billers are ready but the banks and Quicken 98 won't be untill next Q.
