Most of your questions are too technical for me, and was not covered in the presentation. The CE license is not exclusive. Mentor and INTS are also licensees, which is very surprising to me. The did mention the issue of CE being ported to other processors. Don't know if those issues are resolved yet. I am sure it is not a positive for their relations with WIND. When I asked about this issue, they said sometimes WIND works with them, and sometimes WIND works with competitors. It seems they did not feel there was any implied loyalty either way. I also saw WIND's management. They were a little defensive about CE. They tried to shrug it off, but that seemed to be all the investors wanted to talk about. But, they did admit that CE was going to be a factor in the embedded market. Another interesting thing is that the reasons WIND cited for having an advantage over MSFT (ex. service, support, consulting, and knowledge of embedded market) were almost the exact things Applied said they would provide to the market along with CE.
