What a hatchet job from the Assinholes (sp?)! Hope somebody at Biotime holds the WSJ and Assinhole (sp?) responsible, and has the good sense to respond appropriately. Wasn't H&Q the underwriter-if so maybe they'll feel some legal pressure to respond since their reputation would also be threatened by the statements. Where did it say that they are short the stock-seems like they legally would have to show that disclaimer on every PR release and I didn't see it anywhere other than in the secondary report from the WSJ. Where's the disclaimer on the primary release that was posted on YHOO?
