Packman consider this.With the pending investment From DT and the 4 German Firms and the MSFT deal and the VocalTec connection You have DT,VocalTec,Seek and MSFT about to garner over 4 million more subscribers.Seek will get a cash for stock from DT for 25% of their stock.A good estimate is at 44 dollars a share.The valuation comes from revenue generated in the same market in the US and considers value added features from MSFT and VocalTec.MSFT wants a part of VOCLF also and will probably do the same as DT.In Europe they will rule with the Telco the Browerser the search engine and the IP telephony.These are all in the works and bits and pieces can be found all over the net and in the GLOBE.NCSP is not likely to give anything away till it has to but that will be sooner and too late.
