P.E. wants us to sell. Already he is our designated naysayer. I have a call in to the President, and they were going to interrupt his meeting, but I just said for him to please call me back. Will notify the board when I get the call. Has anyone ever spoken to the man?

I wouldn't worry about the SEC. Its the MM's who were playing dirty,

not the company. The company can easily back up the fact that they are seeking FCC approval today and that they have an actual product which has been very successful in pilot programs around the US.

The company is clean its the MM's who sent the stock to nearly .50 at the open and then shorted it heavily to screw the early buyers.
