As you know, if you short a stock and a dividend is declared, the short seller has to pay the dividend. In this case, there is NO WAY that the short sellers can pay this dividend. The way I see it is they have to cover.

I have heard that LEAH is on the fast track to the AMEX not the NASDAQ. Can you confirm this?

I have "heard" that LEAH is on the acquisition track to spread their product line into other areas and take advantage of their Russian and CIS connections which should enable LEAH to forecast 250 million of revenues in the near future.

Some of my friends are going to take all the stock between $5.00 and $6.50 and that is not many shares. The short sellers will have to cover between $6.50 and $12.00.

You are right, there is no float...... I'd hate to be short this stock right now.
