yup ... yahoo is not the most actuate source in the world ... but in this case ... last year (end dec 31) they made .55 excluding one time charges ... and only .18 with the charges. sykes lost 4 cents this qtr ... but the way they present it they made 16 cents before taking into account a one time expenses (as they put it: acquisition-related in-process research and development cost and a bunch of other things ... I think this is related to the merger with McQueen which turned out to be a bit more expensive then planned) So I guess that pe is correct ... but the stock is flying hi because people are valuing the income and excluding one time charges ... which makes sence Well I got to go ...
