I compare the WIM to ELD. Either price of ELD is overvalued or WIM is largely undervalued which I believe is the case here.
I would imagine that places like Scotia Macleod and Midland Walwyn have their clients round up for buying the pp of some 21M shares. No wonder there is so much stock going out since price has gone down drastically. This stock should be at least at $1.00. There is plenty of non-cash items in operational costs as well the write-down on Mexico and Australia. Their operations only for over a year include all those mines and that is why costs are so severe and debt seem to be out of control. Give another 6 months and things should look better on their statements, which will find a reflection on the price. Gold is up today (310.65) and stock is leveraged to its movement, but no Scotia Macleod insists on selling at yesterday's prices when gold was around 307.50. It shows that buyers of private placement had no clue when broker told them why this was a deal.
