Joe, and it is still selling at a 33% discount to book Current book value of .16 cents according to Yahoo finance... This looks like a great stock at a great price. Can't help but think I am missing the down side to this story...Is this really as good as it looks? Thinking about doubling position here. Living the dream...Jim
