Mark, I have a call into Steve Wilcox, COO. I reviewed conference call again and I believe a lot of this sell off is due to mgmt's inexperience at dealing with CC's. Mgmt did state unequivocally that their business opportunities are the highest they have been historically and see strong growth ahead.

Best Wishes,
Patricia

Dear Mark: I agree with calling the company but suggest perhaps letting things cool down a day or two. Right now we have the investment banker upset and very likely the CEO is upset that his investment banker is upset. Calmer heads will prevail eventually. Now as to your 7-10 range. Lets assume you are right. 10-7=3/7=42% return. Wouldnt be so bad would it? Personally, I think this company will get back on track within 2 qtrs. Remember the ceo said business best hes seen in 10 yrs or something like that. JDN

Mark-- agree w/ you.. no need to stay with the limping lame horse...i see CMND in a trading zone until it proves its mettle next cycle.. for me it is too much of a time to get tied down... make a play somewhere else.. make some money and come back after a couple of months.. I think it still will be in the 7 - 9 range..i am putting a sell order tomorrow.. would loose a little bit.. but I like to be on the back of running horse.. this wounded animal will take some time to get up and run... think it is a good company in a long run (with their advantage of India operations)... but their operations are not streamlined and infra structure needs some attention... cost structure is a bit fat... they will work it out in next few months... I will come back when they are up and running again.. no need to get emotionally attached to any stock.
