Marlynn I find those no one likes .. I am working diligently on one that looks like it took a lot of people to the cleaners. If was at $2.50. Be sure to study the SEC site on the proper execution of 144s and so forth. In read the 10K if you learn to understand what you are reading a whole new world will open up to you. Takes a lot of work and not much sleep sometimes to find a great sleeper. after you find it you just accumulate and continue doing DD till your DD out weights any possible bad in a stock and sleepers have plenty.
