I enjoyed reading your find. Every article that I have read IMO, the common denominator was ordering of certificates in name form by the shareholder.
IMO that is why we don't see too many of our saviours telling people to order their certificates but just the opposite.

Daddy: There is no reason not to order non marginable certs.
Funny thing, my father told me that 30 years ago.
He told me that as long as a broker has your shares you are allowing them to sell stock that you own, against your position, usually lowering the price, thereby hurting you.
He said only a fool allows other people to hurt themselves with their own money.
