You misunderstood me. Gates may work for shareholders, but I am willing to lay odds that in his mind, he works for no one. the point is that yes as shareholders we are owners of the company, but that does not entitle us to have access to every nook and cranny.

The reason Gates works for the shareholders is, he's the biggest shareholder. That's how he gets paid. j
