Here is pure speculation - I am not trying to worry any one. But, what happens if there is no press release re merger, strategic alliance, etc., and future merger, etc., is delayed? That is not the end of the world, presuming we can get some positive press release or feedback from the company on continuing operations. The industry/market are still there, and booming, and that will not change.

I am just playing devil's advocate. I also note that ESVS stock has been increasing, but volume is negligible (3,000 shares today). Would that stock be the one to boom first, or not? Is the float so low there that this explains volume? I don't know, but presumably the two companies are linked together and should both be signalling something positive. Perhaps the steady stock increase for ESVS is the best signal. Who knows?
