TraderGreg, Yes it does make sense. I just IMO think that reporting status will mean a lot to this company and the shareholders. It means that everyone has the same source to base their own DD on. No rumors,abstracts or misinformation. Don't see any restricted being sold and the rights are over. The SEC filing will lay it out for all to see who owns what, inside(restricted) and out (float). Also will give the dollar amounts for sales. This is how a company grows up and gets to the next level. As for Patriot, just settle it already, go or not. Cameron did say that he wants the deal to go through in a non dilutive manner. We have to wait and see what that entails. Dave
