See, I knew one of you would go back to the "old growth rate" story. It's true, Dell does have a higher growth rate, yet that's not surprising since its a smaller company. The real important number is, IMHO, is the absolute increase of pc shipments from year to year. While Dell may be growing at a faster rate, Compaq is gaining more market share. Just look at the numbers released a couple of days.

Everyone seems to imply that Dell is stealing sales from Compaq. Well if that is true, Compaq is stealing even more from Dell.
