Does that mean that the attorney doesn't bill at an hourly rate?

Last time I checked lawyers were paid more than software developers.

I reiterate my offer to do an independent evaluation of the software and will report back on the thread my findings. No charge.

J, the bit about about "being billed...so no number given out" is&#151well, it's unusual but we'll go for it for the moment. So why can't we even get an URL so we can see their site. According to the Net, taht specific company doesn't exist&#151weird for an internet company. So why can't Rhonda even give us an URL? Heck, I'm not going to call if they want me to. I just want to see the "testing firm's" site. Weird. Very Very Weird.

Well J, I guess Penni Westbrook's good DD rules out NNI-IDC possibility. That leaves one and only one other: internet-fx.com

Only thing is, I read the guy's bio on a site he did for another company. According to that, he's been in the auto business for almost 20 years. Judging from the picture (same source), he's mid/late 30's; that wouldn't leave a lot of room for developing Y2K experience. So it could the wrong guy; wrong avenue.

'Course, Cashco doesn't seem to be forthcoming with the URL for the "correct" company so I guess we'll never know.

In many companies Investor relations are handled by their attorney.

It makes sense to me.
