Thank the underwriters don't be mad at them..
unless you were planning to sell and leave.

I have been buying a 1/4th up/down since IPO
around 14-16 level to get some stock....
suddenly voila
a stock for 7 bucks that has a stable story
no hoopla, and 4.5 bucks in cash!!!

this is a good shock for the management as
anyone else. Noone can rest on the buzz words
anymore - Y2k, Indian offshore... COO,
CFO and CEO know the bottom line counts...

21 million in cash - bet they are not going to throw
that away... and if everyone is after the CFO for
screwing up a CC- boy!! is he going to be watching
his pennies... :-) I LOVE IT!!! makes them work
harder and prove their salt now....

talking about comparative pricing pressures?
and look at their DSO lower than SYNT... at 1/4 SYNT's
revenues!!! I haven't seen a cleaner financial sheet
no hoopla...

I have only JDN to thank for alerting the general
Y2K board. we're not at the bottom yet though - judging by
the %age of short term investors still holding...
Tommorrow hopefully the short term guys
will leave - will wait.

RE: The question is what is CMND management going to do about this?

I say BIZ as usual

No need to DRAW a LINE IN the SAND...for a PISSING MATCH...?

...Could threaten to buy back shares...? at near cash value...

...So what if management was guiding down expectations...?

...So what if management is shifting emphasis...?
