Alex, I just got a flash alert from one of my newsletters. It stated that the Bank of Russia bought 666,000 ounces of gold in March, which subsequently increased their gold reserves by 4%. I wouldn't be surprised if China and Japan are accumulating gold also. Somebody bought the Belgium gold.
