That's exactly what happened Matt. Every time it looked like it was time to tick upward, a few sell orders would come in and knock it back. The market makers are going with the flow right now (for a change) so any decent volume should drive the price nicely - in either direction.

Alan

P.S. Did everyone grab a piece of GLCP today? It ran to 49 cents soon after the open and then fell all the way back and is now on the rise again from 18 cents. Look at the volume.

P.P.S. Bulletin Board stocks are getting the play right now. In March, total dollar volume in BB stocks was $2.8-Billion as opposed to $1.1-Billion a year ago.
