Marie, As a newcomer you don't know this. We hashed over it a long time ago. In brief, KRAN had a portion of the business, a Kosher foods portion, which somehow went WAY south and literally took the rest of the company with it. Last year, they got closure on that part of their history and now are re-building. They are beginning to re-establish business ties with old partners, such as Proctor and Gamble. The Cigar part of the business is brand new. Started last year. This year it will be a significant part of the growth, but not the largest part. Ok, I said it would be brief. There is a LOT more to find out by reading past posts.

Hi Marie,

The reason for the high historical price is due to a 1/25 reverse split last year. It did the split at about 1/8 taking the price to $3.00 or so. The old high is now multiplied by 25 after all the conversions. After the split it dropped to where I picked up more shares at a buck or so. It went back over 3 and dropped back to around $1.50 til yesterday.

Of course, the reason for the fall to 1/8 is explained in other replies.

The company seems to have turned around since then, rebuilding old business and getting into new business like cigars and prepaid calling cards. They are profitable again.

Good luck.

Bill
