I spoke to Melissa Berkowitz this afternoon. She told me that they had anticipated the Army to publish something yesterday afternoon and were rather surprised themselves when at day's end, they simply found that everyone had "gone home". She would not comment, of course, upon the actuality of news to be published today, after the bell, but I certainly did pick up on what I felt was an excitement in her voice. Very up, and positive. So, just checked the news. Still nothing. Did they "go home" again? You know those government agencies! May we all have patience...am sure it will be worth it. Charger
