William, As I read it they are not selling at this time, but they do have the right to sell anytime after notifying the company. Is that about right? With gold trying to rally it would seem to me they would at least wait to see if the rally is for real or not,Thanks, Joe

It looks like the holders of the convertable exchanged the right to market interest rates for participation in the upside. This deal looks better on initial inspection than some I've seen, for all parties.

Would you concur?
