Hello Bill,
Off course every trade has a buyer and a seller. However, since the previous trade was relatively higher, above 23, I think it is safe to say that the seller wanted to sell stock more than the buyer wanted to buy.
What really disturbed me was when I tried to call the company at 3:15 PM to ask if they knew anything about why the stock was falling, and was told that all the executives of the company were off premises at a meeting. It just didn't feel Kosher to me that the stock should drop 3 1/8 points, on very heavy volume, and on this day there was no one at the company to answer any questions from investors.????
