Swancey, it is not done yet. Just got off phone again with CEO and the BS about FCC approval taking two years is just that...BS...they anticipate within 2 weeks having FCC approval. Several contracts will be finalized as soon as the approval comes in. They have been working on their system for years and finally now are able to get out of the r&d stage. Lots of contracts on the table, trust me. BTW, after getting some definite answers the float is only 10 mil. There are 27 mil restricted. Yahoo's figures are way off. That was good news as I had thought float was over 20 mil. MM's have been calling them all day asking what's up. VP of Prudential Securities himself called saying he has some big buyers wanting to know some information but he didn't know what was going on either. Oh well :-) Boob BTW hope you picked up some more under or around .10...I got some more at 10 and looking forward to the coming weeks with this one. What a Gap!!! Unbelievable, 400% gap..geeze
