Bill, some frame relay providers will accept an ISDN
hookup to their local cloud entry (point of presence).

You might want to look
into that since you already have the ISDN setup.
(I wouldn't suggest it if you didn't have it already).

If ISDN entry is available you will still have the relay charges
but not connection for 29 miles. Figure it out, though;
it might be cheaper to pay for the full-time leased line
than ISDN connect charges. But if you're going to keep
ISDN anyhow as a backup, maybe it would make sense to
use it. (Is your leased line 56KB? That would be typical.
In that case it's half the speed of a home ISDN two B
channel line at about the same price for 24x7 service,
at least in my area. Of course you have to find someone
at the phone company that can spell ISDN.)
