Greg: If you want to time it after we hear of court news, by the time you act, GIFT may will be way above where its been on no news. With the upside to come, what difference does it make even if it gets back to 0.625. That will give us "believers" another great oppty. Just my opinion. The only one w a crystal ball is Rosen & his turns into a pumpkin Fri, 5/1

1) True, we have no court date

2) I really don't know how long the judge will take, could be tomorrow (the last day of rosen), could be a year.

I would guess it will be back to 5/8 unless there is more news, rumor or hype. I would guess it will take 30 days to get back down.

However, these are merely guesses on my part, I don't have data to back them up.
