Rocketman: No need to be sorry sir as mine wasn't a snide remark at all.You raised a very valid point about the solar flare indeed,but since I didn't know the answer I was just thinking aloud,obviously you know heck of a lot more than I do about the satellites as my knowledge about them are marginal at best and 'nada' at worst.<gg>

insurance.....who is writing the insurance on the launch, deployment, and fully working sat?
i'm sure this is all worked into the pricing. anyone with info on this subject?
the underwriter might be an interesting play since they have to assess orbi's success rate etc......
anyone knows who does this, is it in their annual report?
i got questions....any answers?
