Many of Sid's x-followers are wondering if Sid will do what's right. If I may sum it up in a few words, I'd say that Sid is driven by GREED. Always poor or on the edge he then developed a great possibility to enhance himself and the people around him. Once he told a few people and they entrusted him he went on to investors who did the same. When he went public he not only retained shares, but gave up to the public the remaining shares. Then he asked people to invest in Columbia and they did. They gave hard earned money for Sid's little lie and little did the investors know that the Columbia Venture was held in Sid and his wife's name within a Cayman Island Holding company. What a scam! Most of didn't find about this until the SEC suspended trading. Well, everything hit the fan and Sid hit the road. We found out later that while the price was going up Sid was selling off millions and millions and millions of shares. I wonder what the price of TRGC would have been if Sid hadn't sold those shares. He took shares from the company without a quorum and at the price of THREE CENTS a share. He took these shares on an option and how many days did it take him to exercise his option when the price was around 3 bucks? I don't know exactly but I bet it was within hours. In his daughter, son's and wife's account, he sold and sold and sold until the SEC stopped him. Now he has been offered the chance to return to the shareholders the entire Colombian venture and he is refusing citing that he put up all the money and if TRGC USA wants to be a partner, then we shall have to put up $ or forget it. If Sid was able to keep his THIRTY MILLION SHARES X $20.OO = he would have $600,000,000. TAX-FREE. He would then be the wealthiest non-drug dealing man in Columbia. But, I'm sorry to say it's not enough for Sid. Even with all that potential, he's forsaken his family, investors, friends and himself for GREED. What a freaky way to be. BTW Sid is rumored to be posting on BOBZ and one of his friends is buying stock to show volume. Please be careful, we have nothing until Sid comes clean before his peers and his god. Remember NOTHING but a tax loss.
