The article I posted said there might be an undersupply of masks needed to make .18 micron chips. If I'm a chip manufacturer and I need two masks a year per machine and the mask maker tells me he can only supply me with 10 masks a year, then I am only going to buy 5 machines, even if I want more. How is this bottleneck good for Cymer? BTW, I just liquidated some holdings (not Cymer) to buy some DPMI and PLAB. Sid
