James, I think that would fall under "insider trading", but I don't think the 97 10k is going to that amazing. Nothing really started turning around with this company until recently. I believe they may show .03 earnings per share for 97. The book value should be around $3/sh on 22M shares. Their year is going to be 1998 with the new acquisitions and all The gravel pit acquisition if/when they get it, has an unoffical lifetime value of $450M. Company did not have the exact figures handy when I called. Just taking longer to define itself than I would like, but thats life. Patience! Rob D.
