I had a friend contacted Btim's investor relations to see what they had to say... " the investor relations guy said that asenio is just out to make money by creating a scare. at the present time, biotime doesn't have the money to sue him and this event does not change their current strategy. they've submitted their NDA last month and are "vulnerable to such attacks" during this waiting period. the bottom line i got from the call was that this has happened before and that they claim they will get through it. that's what the guy told me. " I should have a more detailed version later... i will post here.
