I haven't been reading this thread for a while now, but I saw MRVC's earnings the other day and was wondering why the stock was falling back. After reading a few posts here it looks like others are stymied as well. Just glancing over the earnings report, I saw something that struck me as rather odd. It looks like MRVC recorded over $50 million in charges with regard to the Xyplex purchase. That seems outrageously high, and MRVC ended up with a loss of $43 million dollars for the quarter.

Like the rest of the street I wouldn't pay 28-29 for this stock either if they are going to lose that kind of money.
