Suhir, thanks for the response. I didn't have a chance to call Jim until today and I understand he is away until next tuesday. Things have certainly been slower to develop than was expected and/or hoped for but then that's not exactly unusual. As I mentioned in my earlier post, using the money for general operating expenses would NOT be a surprise. Having the equivalent to an insider take down the placement is a good sign, some confidence being shown etc. Also doesn't hurt that it is non-brokered and therefor has no finders fee to be paid.
