Dear Kal: tried to post an answer but got an error message and my message disappeared??? Anyhow I was saying that my original calc makes no difference anymore. There is a substantial number in other assets which may be investments (dont know) and I used the shares listed as outstanding in the press release and since have been told do not include convertible preferrred. Dont understand that as if they are convertible they should at least be in fully diluted. So decided to only say that the current price is substantially backed up by liquid assets. JDN
