These are just questions, with no value judgments or animosity whatever - just information processing.

Part of processing information is looking at the source of that information in order to put the information in its proper context.

I am sorry if I offended anyone - please give me the benefit of the doubt and, if you care to, help me find answers to my questions.

Questions are valuable, I think.

I just found out that MDIX is being acquired or something like that. I still got my shares under the old name NURS. I'm still hurting from this one. I bought NURS when it was at $8/share. Yep, I remember that day very well. I bought some more around $3/share and then bought more out of disgust at $0.25/share. Anyway, what does the acquirement mean? Do you get shares of Banyan, or just keep our old ones?
