Greetings All

It occurs to me that we are now entering the height of the dirty pool season and you should expect to see some outragious rumors from the shorts (generally, these are hedge funds) if we do not have a deal printed by the end of next week.

So, kids and fans of The Lovely and Talented Mr Davidson, don't get yourselves all in a dither if we don't happen to have a deal by the end of next week. Picture this: If I were one of the companies involved in negotiations with Darby & Co, I would know there is a high degree of interest (read pressure) to conclude a deal prior to the end of the conference in New Orleans, and I would attempt to extract additional concessions from CCSI because of their desire to meet that time frame. However, once the conference is over, the playing field gets flat and even once more, and a deal is likely shortly thereafter.

Do yourself a favor and don't panic or fall for a bunch of short BS put out by our pals at Avalon or any other DIRT BAG, short, hedge fund BSer's. There WILL BE a deal and it will be soon (actually, I bet there already IS a deal, and it is at the lawyers getting the T's crossed and i's dotted as we speak). It's THAT simple. Don't worry, be happy!! Don't look at this on an hour by hour, day by day basis and you will be a lot happier. And quite Wealthy.!!

We will be well rewarded for being patient, and patience is what the situation calls for.

Regards Pete
