Hi Mary, The Option bullish percent is an indicator used in the P&F world. You would only find it through technical analyst who use this methodology. Chartcraft and Dorsey Wright would be the most prominent. You can check Dorsey Wright at dorseywright.com and Chartcraft you have to call at 914 632-0422. Tom Dorsey does have a book but the optional bullish percent is not in there. This indicator was created after its release. Just after I believe. It has now become very important.
