Hi R. D. Buschman; The next exciting thing will be BKS's next report, coming in about a month. I just looked in edgar on-line. Sure enough AMZN has a new 8K, but it is again a copy of a press release, this one from Monday regarding the split and earnings. Something is rotten in Denmark. I think they are sneaking a floating unfloored convertible out as a junk bond. They're not even talking about the interest rate. What a joke, as far as keeping investors aware of what the company's obligations are... This is the stuff that shareholder lawsuits are made on, particularly if management is selling shares. -- Carl
