Questions about CS-

Hey. I've been lurking, and watching CS. CS price is sure low-- tempting-- but I read that top management is in what appears to be total disarray. That's a big trouble spot that I would like a better feel for before buying.

Could someone give me a THOUGHTFUL response on the management situation? I am looking for an investment, not a buy-out candidate.
