WSTL events at Networld + Interop 98. NW stock prices usually move up right after this trade show.

WSTL will distribute, market and sell
RedBack's Subscriber Management System (SMS) 1000 intelligent networking
product as a complementary part of Westell's ADSL SuperVision Digital
Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer (DSLAM) system.
The RedBack Networks product, SMS 1000, is a high-density,
intelligent networking device that will sit between the Westell DSL equipment
in the telco service provider's Central Office and the service provider's
backbone routers.

Westell will
publicly premier a demonstration of this solution with its live SuperVision
DSLAM Central Office exhibit at the Networld + Interop trade show in Las
Vegas, Nev., May 5-7, 1998 (booth #551, in the North Hall). The
Westell/RedBack new technology will also be demonstrated in the ADSL Forum Hot
Spot exhibit booth at the Networld + Interop show in Las Vegas (booth #249)
and in the RedBack exhibit (booth #1620, Startup City).
